How Can I Apply for the IELTS exam/ How to Register for the IELTS exam?/ How can I Pay the IELTS Exam Fees?

The registration for this test can be completed by just following a few easy steps. There are a total of 80 examination centres located all across India. The students are free to choose the test-centre location that’s near their house or easily accessible. And any student irrespective of their gender, age, race, religion, or nationality is allowed to take this examination.

The registration for this test can be done through two modes – Offline as well as Online.

Online Mode of Registration

For the online mode of registration, candidates have to visit the official website. By following a few simple steps, it’ll be easy to complete the registration process for the paper & these are:

  3. Find a suitable date slot as per the availability of the nearest test centre
  4. Complete the registration process by paying the fees for the test online

Offline Mode of Registration

All the candidates appearing for this paper can pay their fees online through net banking or through the offline mode by paying the desired amount at ICICI bank.

IELTS Cancellation Fees

For the cancellation of the paper, one needs to cancel it more than five weeks prior to the test date. And after doing this, an amount of 25% will be deducted from the candidate’s fee & the rest will be paid back to him/her.

If the cancellation is done less than five weeks before the test date, no amount will be refunded to the candidate.

Also, in case, if the candidate doesn’t show up on the day of the test, there will be no sign of refund for the amount that has been paid by him/her. And it will be cancelled.

IELTS Rescheduling Fees

In any case, if the candidate was previously not able to show up on the day of the test and wants to reschedule it, he/she has to do it five weeks prior to the date of the stipulated paper.

For rescheduling the test, one has to do it within three months of the date first assigned to him.

An amount of Rs. 3000 needs to be paid to the desired university for the rescheduling of the exam.

IELTS Exam Date 2021

International English Language Testing System is an examination for which the dates are available every month for international students.

Annually, on average, there are 48 dates available for this & the candidates can take the dates for 48 different days. All they are required to do is to book it at least three-four weeks in advance.

For this, they can do it using three different portals – British Council, IDP, or IELTS, which is the official website.
