At the end of the process you will receive a copy of your Learner Agreement and your student ID card which allows access around the college. Enrolment for full-time courses delivered over a full academic year (September to June/July) takes place during August.
B Application & Interview enrolment
Once you have been through the application process and have been offered a place you will be invited in to enrol. If you are aged 16-18 please bring your GCSE results when you come to enrol. If you are aged over 19; unemployed but seeking employment, enrolling onto a course to help you get back into work and receiving certain benefits you will be eligible to have your fees paid.
C Understand your courses
Your program will have a recommended enrolment pattern, which shows you the courses that you should be studying each semester. To view your recommended enrolment pattern, take a look at the USQ Handbook. Find your program, view the left menu and select recommended enrolment pattern. Write down or print the names and course codes (ie CMS1000 for Communication and Scholarship) of the courses you will be enrolling in for the first year of study. If you have been given credit for previous work or study, you may need to work with your faculty program advisors to develop an individual enrolment plan.

To enrol in your courses, you will add your classes to your Enrolment Cart and complete the My Details Checklist. Once you are happy with the courses you have added to your Enrolment Cart, you will need to confirm your classes to finalise your enrolment.

You can upload electronic copies of these with your application. This will enable our Admissions Office to start assessing your application. It would be helpful if you are able to upload verified copies of your documents with your application. However, if you are unable to do this at this time, the documents can be submitted at a later time.
