Introduction

I find those people very energetic who carry a go get it attitude and are always ready for action and adventurous things. To me, not only those who are energetic who are indulged in physical activities but I also find those people energetic who are mentally strong and never get tired. Today, I am going to talk about a very energetic person who I have met recently.

Who is this Person?

The name of the person I am going to talk about is Sneha, my neighbour. She is a doctor by profession. She lives there with her parents and her six years old daughter. Her mother is a school teacher and her father recently got retired from his job.

Why do You Think that Person is Energetic?

She is a single mother, a doctor, a yoga instructor and also a part-time teacher to the local kids. Every day she wakes up around 5 in the morning and teaches yoga to elderly people. She does this till 7 A.M. She makes her kid ready for school and she herself also gets ready for work.

After she puts her kid in the school bus, she leaves for her hospital. She comes back around 5 in the evening and starts teaching the local kids along with her own daughter. This continues until 7 in the evening.

After this, she helps her mother in the kitchen for dinner. She helps her kid eat her dinner and also serves food to her parents. After completing their dinner, she takes her kid to the bed around 10.

How do You Feel about This Person?

I feel motivated looking at Sneha. She is very hardworking and is equally respectful towards elders. She is a very energetic person and also tries to keep the people around her motivated to live a healthy lifestyle.

Introduction

Well, every person is different, some are able and like to express themselves more while some like to keep things to themselves. I myself am an introverted person and sometimes I really struggle to express myself. 

Who is This Person and How do you Know This Person?

Well, I find my father to be a very open and straightforward person. Today, I am going to talk about him.

I have seen his straightforward side many times in my life. I have seen him openly express his views and have hardly seen him hiding his feelings and thoughts.

Why Do You Think This Person is Very Open?

Since my childhood, I have seen him being very honest and put his open out and open. For example, one day, my sister baked cookies for all of us. Those were good but due to overheating, some of the cookies got burnt and the rest turned a little bitter. When my sister asked my father about his opinion, he clearly said that he didn’t like it as he found those to be bitter in taste.

Many times people get upset due to his straightforwardness but as people get to know him better, they understand that my father is a pure gentleman who never wants to insult or hurt someone.

How do You Feel about It?

According to me, it takes a lot of courage to speak your mind out and open. People most of the time hide their real feelings thinking about how the other person will feel, as a result, people tend to lie.

I have never seen my father doing this, he has always been honest and I really respect him for this. My father is loved and respected by many for his straightforwardness.

I respect my father and I really wish I had these qualities of him in me.
