What is the Difference between PTE General and PTE Academic?

The differences between both the examination are as follows:

#Academic: This exam is taken by students who want to study abroad to assess their English language competence.

The Academic test style is similar to the IELTS exam in that it has four sections: reading, listening, speaking, and writing.

The Academic test is given in over 200 locations and over 360 days each year.

The Academic score is good for two years.

#General: It is done for purposes of immigration, such as jobs.

This test is broken into two major sections, each of which is further subdivided into six portions.

The PTE General test is given three times a year, in May, December, and June.

Registration Fees
