#. Write examples only when they are asked for.

#. Practise putting punctuations in the right place.

#. If you make a mistake while speaking, do not stop; keep speaking as it shows confidence.

#. You will have to listen to a clip before answering. So there won’t be any beep sound; you have to start speaking as soon as the clip ends.

#. Try to raise your voice at the beginning of the sentence and lower your tone at the end of the sentence.

#. To pronounce every word correctly, practise different tongue twisters every day until the day of the exam.

#. While speaking, if you cannot recollect the whole sentence, try remembering the keywords and repeat them when speaking.

#3. For PTE Reading Test

#. Focus on the keywords while reading the passage. It helps you find the correct answer in a short time.

#. There is no negative marking in PTE exams, so don’t leave any of the questions blank. Answer them all.

#. Before reading the passage, read the questions to understand what type of information you have to look for and then start reading.

#. Remember what you read in the passage because the answers can be anywhere in the passage. The questions won’t be asked in a chronological order of information appearing in the passage.

#. If you cannot answer something, eliminate those possibilities you are sure are not the correct answer.

#. The best technique to learn is paraphrasing. It helps rewrite and convey a sentence in your own words.

#4. For PTE Listening Test

#. Watch English movies, TV series, interviews, and speeches first with subtitles and then without subtitles. It will help you grasp the pronunciation and the accent.

#. Don’t keep watching your favourites on repeat; try watching new and different content every time to listen to new sets of speech/ dialogue every time. This widens your range of comprehending unfamiliar sounds.

#. Listen to English songs, dialogues and monologues more attentively. Focus on the lyrics and speeches to understand the meaning and the tone in which they are said.

#. Before any audio starts, read the question carefully and understand it, or you won’t know what to listen for to find the correct answer.

#. Questions in this test do have negative markings, so don’t make guesses. Listen carefully and answer.

#. Listen to the audio with full attention and focus from start to end. The answer doesn’t need to be in the beginning; it can be in any part of the audio.
