Introduction of IELTS Exam Cue Card Topic Sample Answer

Committing a mistake is a piece of our life. Thus, if we don’t commit errors, we’d never learn new things. Interestingly, everybody commits mistakes. However, a few people handle it astutely and take in something helpful from it, then again, a few people blow up and ruin everything, so it relies on an individual how the person in question oversees it.

What was it and When You made it?

My parents were celebrating their 25th-anniversary last October. I was feeling excited because I had planned a surprise party for them. My parents had not been together with their old friends in a long time and I thought they would be happy to meet their old friends on their special day. Due to some unforeseen reason I had to change the venue. I had informed all the guests and they started showing up as planned. After some time I started wondering why no one was eating any food, and then I remembered I forgot to inform the caterer about the change of venue.

How did You make It?

I started getting a bit tense because a lot of guests had started arriving. I contacted the caterer and informed him about the venue change, but he refused to provide the food because the venue was far from the previous venue. I couldn’t think straight and started to wonder how such a special day for my parents became a disaster.

How do you feel about it?

That’s when I remembered that my father used to tell me that he asked my mother out for a plate of biryani, and the restaurant near the venue provided the best biryani in town. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to set up the dinner in half an hour, and serve various kinds of biryanis. Some of my friends also offered to help me out and serve these biryanis.

My parents soon arrived and they were surprised to see their old friends waiting and had a great time. I was relieved by the way things played out, and I hope that I don’t commit a mistake like this in the future.

Introduction of IELTS Exam Cue Card Topic Sample Answer

Nobody needs to discuss his mistakes and it seems like the human brain science is inclined to fail to remember goofs and recollect beneficial things throughout everyday life. In any case, a few mix-ups are difficult to fail to remember and have extreme outcomes throughout everyday life. I, as well, as a normal human attempt to gain from my mistakes, fail to remember them more often than not and proceed with my fantasies to accomplish something noteworthy in my life.

What was it and When did You make It?

During the Corona Pandemic, a lockdown was imposed in all the states of my country. The government had allowed us to move out of our house to buy some groceries and other necessities, during some particular hours. My mother asked me to bring some vegetables and groceries from the market. When I reached the market, it was a mob scene. Everyone was there trying to buy these vegetables during the relaxation hours. I tried to practice social distancing, but there was no way I was able to practice it.

How do you feel about it?

I felt guilty about not being able to maintain social distancing and putting my whole family in jeopardy. I should have just returned after seeing the crowd because of the spreading Coronavirus.

Ending

I advised my parents to buy vegetables from hawkers instead of these markets and I hope I don’t commit a mistake like this once again.
