The Omicron has hit and all the candidates have this query on their mind. At the moment we don’t have the answer to that. Lockdown has been set up in some dates with high cases of covid.
We request you to wait for some more days for the correct information regarding this. For now, let’s look at the exam dates, centres and covid 19 measures to be taken on the exam day.
Exam Halls of IELTS Information by British Council
Read the following points which are very important on your test day:
Your temperature will be taken before you enter the test centre
You will be required to wear a mask, that covers your mouth and nose. You may be requested to remove this for identification and after any toilet breaks to confirm the identity
You will be asked to keep a minimum of 1.5 meters distance from other test-takers and staff
Please follow basic hygiene practices, such as using hand-sanitiser available at the test centre and wash your hands regularly
We are meticulously sanitising all venues and equipment including computers before the start of every test
Staff and examiners will wear a facemask on test day
Designated bins for mask disposal are available at all test venues
Test-takers should take all used stationery with them at the end of the test.

We request you not to come for the test if you are unwell or showing symptoms such as fever, cough, respiratory difficulty or other flu-like symptoms.
Test-takers displaying the above symptoms will not be permitted to sit for any exams, in the interest of the safety of other test-takers and staff.
Test-takers can request a free transfer or refund if they are feeling unwell.
If you do not feel comfortable with taking the exam in the current situation, you can request a free transfer or refund.
We will inform test-takers ahead of the test date via SMS and Email of any changes in their test schedule and/or test venue.
