I have been born and brought up in a country, where showing respect to elders inhabited our culture. I genuinely believe that senior citizens often bring discipline to our society which goes missing at times. Introduction of IELTS Exam Cue Card Topic

It is our way of life to regard the elders and do all the works with their consent, and it doesn’t make a difference large or little. I know numerous adults, and I always offer respect to them.

How do You know this Person and Who is He or She?

I would like to talk about a teacher who taught me History while I was in school. His name is Mr George D’ Souza. He is in his late 60’s and is quite tall with a heavy voice. He taught me first when I was in class 9th and then again in 11th. He was a great teacher and one of my favourites, and I still visit him and spend some time with him. He is a nice person and has a helping nature.

What He or She is Like?

He is someone who does not stick to the book but believes you cannot gain knowledge if you just stick to the syllabus. He would always give us some projects which would force us to read more and that increased our knowledge on various topics. He has an excellent sense of humour and never refuses someone for help.

Why do You Respect or Admire Her?

He uses some amusing tricks which transform any strained circumstance into a happy one. So that is the individual I respect a ton.
