There are numerous benefits of this law. The ban on plastic bags enhances the economy and reduces the cost of goods. Plastic bags are not biodegradable, when they become waste they pollute the rivers, ponds and many other water bodies. Marine life will also enhance if the plastic is less.  If this is banned there will be less emission of pollution in the environment.
